       &lt;strong&gt; La propiocepcion en el futbol, consiste en sensibilizar, potenciar y preparar las zonas musculares, tendinosas, oseas y articulares mas proclives a dañarse&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estos daños suelen darse por excesos de carga durante un partido o entrenamiento de futbol. En el fútbol al ser un deporte de contacto tendremos lesiones que surgen de los choques o de las patadas; estas lesiones pueden afectar a cualquier región anatómica, pero fundamentalmente a la extremidad inferior (rodilla, pierna y tobillo), pudiendo afectar a tejidos blandos (músculos, ligamentos, meniscos) o a hueso.&lt;br /&gt;            Prevenir las lesiones con buenos estiramientos, buen tono muscular en Abdomen, oblicuos y lumbares, equilibrio ente Cuadriceps e Isquio, propiocepcion de tobillos rodillas y pierna, evitar la fatiga y una buena alimentacion&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se trata de introducir estos ejercicios mediante el calentamiento, o en juegos entre ejercicios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. desestabilizaciones suelo a distintos apoyos (con y sin balon)&lt;br /&gt;2. desestabilizaciones aire&lt;br /&gt;3. contactos oponente (con y sin balon).&lt;br /&gt;4. idem anteriores pero con ojos cerrados&lt;br /&gt;5. saltos y caidas desequilibradas&lt;br /&gt;6. frenadas en desequilibrio&lt;br /&gt;7. golpeos en posiciones forzadas&lt;br /&gt;8. motricidad 8saltos, giros, aceleraciones...) con ojos cerrados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;conclusion : situaciones desequilibradas e inestables , pero el jugador siempre debe ser consciente del movimiento y el control del mismo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recomendaciones para el trabajo propioceptivo (Lorza, 1998)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1. Identificar el grupo muscular diana.&lt;br /&gt;2. Desfocalizar la atención sobre la patología.&lt;br /&gt;3. Reproducción de la lesión.&lt;br /&gt;4. Solicitación clara (explícita o implícita).&lt;br /&gt;5. Para ejercer fuerza es necesario un punto de apoyo proporcional.&lt;br /&gt;6. La aplicación de la fuerza: lenta y progresiva (reacción estática); rápida y súbita (reacción dinámica).&lt;br /&gt;7. La retirada de la resistencia: lenta y progresiva (reacción postural estática – relajación agonista); rápida y súbita (reacción muscular rápida agonista-antagonista).&lt;br /&gt;8.
